Shopping & Orders

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest anytime. But if you create an account, it makes tracking your orders and saving your info a whole lot easier.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We work fast to get your skates on the road, so changes aren’t always possible. If you need help, reach out to us right away and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?

Yes! Whether you’re a rink, school program, or community crew, we’ve got special pricing for large orders. Just fill out our bulk order form and we’ll roll back to you.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my skate size?

Easy! Check out our Size Guide. Grab your foot measurement, match it to the chart, and you’re good to go.

Do your skates fit true to size?

For most skaters, yes! If you’re between sizes, we suggest going up a size for a little extra wiggle room.

Do you carry wide skates?

Our skates are built for a standard fit. If you’ve got wider feet, sizing up usually does the trick for comfort.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship across the U.S. and to select international spots. Shipping costs and options pop up at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually pack and ship within 1–2 business days. From there, most U.S. orders land in about 3–7 days, depending on where you live.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If you can't find your tracking link, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Changed your mind? No worries. You can return unused skates within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re in the original box. Read our Return Policy here.

Can I swap my skates for a different size?

Absolutely! Exchanges are welcome within 30 days, as long as your skates are in brand-new condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Product Care & Maintenance

How do I keep my skates looking fresh?

Wipe the boots with a damp cloth and keep them nice and dry. For smooth rides, clean and oil your bearings every now and then.

Can I replace wheels or parts?

Definitely! We’ve got wheels, bearings, toe stops, and more in our Accessories & Parts section.

How long will my wheels last?

It depends on where you skate. Outdoor skaters usually see quicker wear, but rotating your wheels often helps them last longer.

Warranty & Support

Do my skates come with a warranty?

Yep! All C7 Skates are backed by a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

What’s covered under warranty?

We cover defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, misuse, or custom tweaks aren’t included.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Super easy — just go to our Warranty Claim page, send us the details (and a photo or two), and our team will review it within 2–3 business days.
