We want you to love your skates. That’s why every new pair of C7Skates is backed by our Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
•Coverage period: 6 months from the date of purchase.
•What’s covered: Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the performance or safety of your skates.
•What’s not covered:
o Normal wear and tear (wheels, bearings, stoppers, laces, etc.)
o Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or not following care instructions
o Modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons
o Products purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized retailer
How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Submit an online request – Fill out our Warranty Claim Form below with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue.
2. Proof of purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required for all claims.
3. Assessment – Our team will review your claim and determine the best solution: repair, replacement, or exchange of defective parts.
4. Shipping – If your claim is approved, we’ll give you return instructions. In most cases, you’ll be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Other Things to Know
•Any alteration, removal, or defacing of serial numbers or product labels will void this warranty.
•This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from C7Skates or an authorized C7Skates retailer.
•We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
